Bespoke Dog Boarding
Spacious Custom Care Boarding
- Spacious Suites - Our 10' x 10' bedrooms feature windows to provide natural light, elevated diners, and elevatad beds for a comfortable atmosphere.
- Calm and Quiet Environment - While we encourage plenty of exercise and playtime in our expansive 12,000 sq ft fenced-in play yard or indoor playroom, we specialize in maintaining a spa-level, calming, and quiet boarding wing where our guests can truly relax and feel at ease.
- Bespoke and Customized Care - We take the time to get to know your dog personally to ensure they enjoy their stay with us. By providing us with your dog's normal routine, meal times, and favorite activities—whether it’s fetching a ball, tossing a frisbee, or simply lounging while receiving lots of affection—we tailor their experience to maximize their enjoyment.
- Just Like Home - We encourage you to bring your dog's food, medications, supplements, favorite treats, bedding, toys, and any other comfort items for their room. Bringing a blanket or clothing item with your scent can help soothe your dog. If you would like, you may also bring your dog’s safe-space crate to place in the room. Please review our "What to Bring & How to Pack for Boarding" tab for detailed guidance.
- All Food Types Welcome - We accommodate any type of food, including frozen or refrigerated items. We can heat and prepare meals just as you would at home, ensuring your dog’s dietary needs are met with care.
- Veterinary Experience - Our staff and management include individuals with veterinary technician and veterinary hospital director backgrounds. This expertise allows us to monitor, administer, and provide advanced wellness care for special needs pets, such as those with epilepsy, paralysis, recovery or dressing changes, and diabetic pets requiring timed insulin injections. Please note that advanced care services incur an additional $10 nightly surcharge.
- Frequent Potty Breaks - Our guests benefit from a minimum of five daily outings (every 3-4 hours) in our fenced-in play yard. Puppies still potty training, elderly dogs, or those with incontinence needs receive even more frequent breaks to ensure their comfort and hygiene.

Important Reservation Policies
As a small pet resort with over 20 years of operation, we are frequently fully booked. We strongly advise making reservations well in advance, depending on the travel season.
During the Low Season (January, February, August, September, October), we recommend booking weekend stays 2-4 weeks ahead.
In the High Season (March, April, May, June, July, November, December), reservations should be made at least 6-8 weeks in advance.
For major holidays such as Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, bookings can fill up 2-3 months in advance, with a minimum stay requirement of 5-7 nights during these periods.
Non-refundable deposits amounting to half the total cost are typically required 4-6 weeks prior for reservations of 4 nights or more, or sooner if availability becomes limited. Reservations of 3 nights or fewer require full prepayment as a deposit.
Cancellations or modifications must be communicated at least 7 days before the reservation date, or 14 days in advance during Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When proper notice is given, the deposit may be applied toward any service or retail purchase within one year of payment.
If the required cancellation notice is not provided, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Full payment remains due even if the stay is shortened or the guest departs early.
One Night Trial Stays
If this is your first time boarding your dog with us, especially for a longer stay, we suggest starting with a One Night Trial stay.
This way, your dog can spend just one night with us and then go home the next day. It gives them a chance to get used to the experience, so next time they stay, it feels more familiar and comfortable. This is super helpful for nervous pups or dogs who’ve never been boarded before.
If you’re thinking about boarding during a busy holiday or travel season and haven’t boarded with us before, we might ask you to book a One Night Trial stay first. This helps us make sure we’re the perfect match for your dog—especially if they’re a working breed, a young pup, or a senior with special needs.
You can book One Night Trial stays on Monday or Thursday nights.
For younger dogs or working breeds, it’s a great idea to pair the One Night Trial with a Sociability Evaluation. That way, we can see if your dog would enjoy and fit in with our Doggie Daycare Play Group during their stay. Active dogs really thrive when they get to play and stay busy during the day, so they can relax peacefully at night.
We’re all about making sure your dog has the best boarding experience possible!
Answers to Common Questions
Will my dog be around other dogs?
- It depends on your dog and whether being around other similar dogs for potty breaks is suitable for them or not. The care we provide is Bespoke (customized) for every guest. Some guests have potty breaks by themselves for various reasons.
What happens when you're closed on days like Sundays?
- It's our break from people, while still enjoying taking care of all our guests! The last potty break is usually around 8pm. We have several guests who receive timed medications such as insulin injections, no matter the day of the week!
Can I board my dog in the same room as a friend or family member's dog?
- No. For safety reasons, only dogs from the same household can board in the same room together. Even then, there are occassions when dogs from the same household have to be separated. Please advise us when reserving boarding, if your pets have to be separated at home for feedings or have any issues with resource guarding.
What happens if my dog needs veterinary attention while boarding?
- We will reach out to you, your listed veterinarian, and our own mobile veterinarian. If there is a medical emergency, we will transport your pet to an emergency hospital.
What if I am out of the country or unreachable?
- On our registration form we ask for emergency contact information. Please make sure we have up to date contact information for the persons you would like us to reach out to in case of emergency and you are not reachable.
Safe Nail Length Requirement
- Our facility is equipped with hygienically designed floors that are coated to be non-porous and easy to sanitize. However, these coated surfaces may become slippery if a dog has excessively long nails, resulting in reduced traction.
- Overgrown nails present a considerable health and safety hazard to both your dog and our staff. They're susceptible to cracking and breaking, which can injure the nail bed. Furthermore, overgrown nails may cause misalignment or partial dislocation of a dog's toe joints.
- If your dog arrives with overgrown nails, we will file them down upon arrival and include the associated service fee on your invoice.
Damages to Boarding Suite or Pet Cot
Please let us know if your dog has destructive separation anxiety or tends to damage things when left alone.
Our boarding suites are bedroom-style rooms with baseboards, windows, and doors.
Besides our regular suites, we also offer 3 "Tough Dog" rooms made with cinder block and slate-tiled walls in addition to heavy-duty steel gates.
If you think your dog might need a Tough Dog room, please check availability and be sure to reserve this special room for them!
Keep in mind, if your dog damages walls, baseboards, windows, or doors, you’ll be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
