Expert Care for Exotic Pet Boarding
Due to our owner's history and experience with exotic animal medicine, we've been boarding and providing husbandry for birds, reptiles, and small mammals since 2005.
This includes all types of birds large and small, lizards, snakes, frogs, sugar gliders, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, guinea pigs, gerbils, and more.
Most clients bring their own enclosures, heating elements, food, supplements, and supplies for substrate changes as needed depending on the length of the stay.
Inquire by providing the type of pet you have, the type of enclosure you would be bringing, the type of substrate, and the feeding requirements.
Depending on the length of the stay, and for an extra fee, we can take a trip to the grocery store in order to re-stock any fresh fruits or vegetables as needed. Extended stay discounts apply in the same manner as cats/dogs.

Need early check in or late check out?
If available, early check in or late check out is charged at half rate.

Receive 10% off for stays of 10 nights or more

Important Reservation Policies
Because we are a small facility and we've been open for over 20 years, we are routinely booked full. We recommend booking well in advance, depending on the travel season
Low Season (January, February, August, September, October) recommend booking weekends 2-4 weeks in advance
High Season (March, April, May, June, July, November, December) recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance
For major holidays such as Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we can be booked up 2-3 months in advance and during these times there is a 5-7 night minimum.
Deposits of half down for reservations of 4 nights or more are typically due 4-6 weeks in advance or sooner if we become booked full. Reservations of 3 nights or less require full pre-payment as deposit.
Notice of Cancelation or Modifcation is required 7 days in advance of reservation or 14 days in advance during Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the required notice is provided, the deposit is available as credit for use towards any service or retail, up to one year following date of payment.
If the required notice of cancelation is not provided, the deposit is charged as a cancelation fee.
Comittment to reservation in full is still required when cutting the stay short / returning early.
